Our items may contain or have come into contact with: Milk, Soy, Eggs, Wheat, Peanuts, or Tree Nuts.

All pizzas and salads are made to order and can be ordered without cheese.

Unless requested, all pizzas come with cheese. 

Many of our salads come with cheese. If cheese is included, you'll see it in the salad description.

Our chocolate chip cookies are made with butter.

Our store made ranch dressing is made with buttermilk.

All of our flavored crusts are applied using melted butter.

Our store made pizza dough does NOT contain any dairy.

Our cauliflower crust contains parmesan cheese.

Soy is a common ingredient in many food products. We cannot guarantee that your menu item will be free of soy.

Our scratch made ranch dressing contains soy.

Our scratch made cookies use chocolate that has soy lecithin as an emulsifier.

Our store made chocolate chip cookies contain eggs.

Our store made ranch dressing is made with mayonnaise. Mayonnaise contains eggs.

Our pizza dough does NOT contain any eggs.

Our pizzas and cookies contain wheat.

Our Gluten-free pizzas are made with crusts made off-site to reduce the possibility of gluten contamination. We follow best practices to prevent cross-contamination once they enter the store. However, we make our own dough daily, meaning gluten particles are everywhere in our store.

If you have celiac disease, our Gluten-Free options may not be for you.

We cannot guarantee that your pizza will be free of all gluten.

Our standard chicken wing is dusted in corn starch. Corn starch does not naturally contain gluten. However, the poultry processor does not certify the product as gluten-free, because the corn starch may have been processed with equipment that has come in contact with gluten. Furthermore, due to nationwide disruption of the poultry supply-chain, from time to time, we may serve  breaded chicken wings for short periods. If this is a concern for you, please call (248) 963-0999 during business hours and one of our members will check them for you.

Pizzas, breadsticks (cheesy breads), chicken wings, and salads are made in production areas that use pecans. It is not feasible to remove all traces of pecan from our production areas when making these items.

We do not use any peanuts or peanut products in our kitchen, but do occasionally have pre-packaged snacks in our retail displays that contain peanuts.

Our "Everything Bagel" seasoning contains sesame seeds and poppyseeds. Pizzas and breadsticks are made in productions areas that use this ingredient.
