You are the face of our business to our guests who are often ordering pizza because they are stressed. Your job is to deliver bliss via our delicious pizza and chocolate chip cookies.

• HOURLY WAGE - You get an hourly wage. Even if there are no deliveries, you still get paid.
• KEEP YOUR TIPS - Other services claim some or all of your tips. At Grant's Pizza House you KEEP ALL YOUR TIPS.
• PAID EXTRA PER DELIVERY - In addition to your hourly wage and your tips, you also get a per run stipend to help defray the cost of your car and cell phone use while working.

Your job is to deliver “bliss” to our guests outside of the store.  Most of the time you will...

1. Inspect the order to make it was made correctly.
2. Pack the order to keep hot food hot and cold food cold.
3. Use maps and/or GPS to determine the best route to the guest.
4. Leave the order on the guest's doorstep
5. Send the guest a message letting them know the delivery is completed
6. Return  to the store

During lulls, the Delivery Driver will sometimes be called up on to:

• Answer phones and take orders
• Fold pizza boxes
• Bake cookies
• Prepare ranch dressing
• Wash dishes
• Perform basic cleaning activities (sweep the walk, clean the windows)
• Other duties as the Shift Manager may direct

• Nights or weekends, shifts available as little as 2 and up to 5 days per week.

The position is highly physical. Delivery drivers are expected to:

• Repeatedly walk quickly from vehicle to guest and back again while maintaining balance in snowy or icy conditions.
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to stoop, bend, reach, crouch, sit, walk, and pull.
• Be exposed to adverse weather elements.

Delivery Drivers use their own vehicles and smartphones.

Delivery Drivers must also meet legal and insurance requirements:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Carry auto insurance
• Have a clean driving history
• Meet other driver eligibility requirements as set forth in our policies, procedures, and handbooks or as required by our insurer

If you're the most senior person in your kitchen, but the owner doesn't appreciate you or "corporate" just keeps passing you by, we'd like to talk to you. Our ambitions are much larger than a single unit or single concept. So, we're looking to build a team of food professionals to take us there.

This ESTABLISHED high-end pizzeria is embedded in the Rochester community. We have just doubled the size of our kitchen to keep up with demand. Our sparkling clean, well lit, and comfortable kitchen is a joy to work in. With an eye toward growth and expansion, we're looking to add experienced food service professionals to our team.We will invest in your personal development.

As a member of our local and ambitious company, you will be given responsibilities and opportunities you will not receive in large corporations or franchises. As we add additional locations and concepts, your chances of obtaining leadership positions will be higher than elsewhere due to our preference to grow our own management than to hire it from the outside.

We do as much business as the major chains, but in half the hours. We do not open until 4pm and the latest we are open is 10pm (9pm most nights). This means you can come in, kill it, get home at a reasonable hour and HAVE A LIFE! No boring lunch shifts, no endless hours of prep, side, or busy work. Experienced food service professionals LOVE this setup!

Shifts start as early as 2:30pm and end as late as 11:00pm. Typical part-time shift is 4pm to 9pm. Hours are flexible.

We currently offer Vision insurance and are in the process of adding Dental, Accident, and Hospitalization insurance.
